Mount Prospect Academy is seeking a Special Education Academic Case Manager to join our Education Team in Plymouth, NH. In this in-person role, you'll provide specialized instruction, manage IEPs, and ensure the safety and success of students in a therapeutic school setting. As part of our academic and treatment team, you'll have the unique opportunity to build relationships through classroom engagement and outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, and paddling. - Deliver specialized instruction and manage IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers and implement accommodations
- Monitor student progress and behavioral interventions
- Maintain compliance with NH education standards
- NH Special Education Teacher License (required)
- Bachelor's degree in education; experience with IEPs preferred
