St. Joseph the Worker is looking for an Early Childhood Director to lead one of our thriving early childhood programs! This full-time, 12-month leadership role is an opportunity to build a strong team, shape quality programming, support children and families, and create a warm, faith-filled environment where children can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

• Leads with confidence, compassion, and accountability
• Understands child development and high-quality early learning
• Can coach and develop staff
• Values strong family relationships
• Thrives in building systems, structure, and culture
• Has knowledge of Iowa licensing, IQ4K, and early learning standards
