POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides personal care and/or home management tasks to clients requesting and eligible for Caregiver services, under the direction of the RN.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Practice within the scope of training. license, certification, or registration, where applicable, and as required by law and regulation.
- Performs tasks as delegated and directed by the registered nurse
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living and/or Instrumental Activities of Daily Living, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with ambulation, transfers, or exercises
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with feeding,
- Assisting with toileting, and incontinence care,
- Housekeeping,
- Meal preparation,
- Safe transportation,
- Medication reminder
