Country Lead Monitor
Icon Clinical Research
Clinical Trial Manager role overseeing day-to-day trial operations and supporting cross-functional teams in a sponsor-dedicated model. The position involves managing trial timelines, budgets, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relationships across clinical programmes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures
- Build and manage relationships with trial investigators and key stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory compliance with local, national, and international guidelines and ethical standards
- Make critical decisions on trial design, vendor selection, and risk management
Requirements
- University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive clinical study deliverables
- Subject matter expertise in designated therapeutic area
- Prior clinical trial monitoring experience preferred
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
