Community Action Partnership-Facilitator/Case Worker JOB SUMMARY: Assist families with meeting their basic needs by providing direct service (casework) to eligible consumers. Location is in the Oneida office in Madison County. Pay rate is $18.00-$19.00. QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree in Human Services with two years experience; or In lieu of a college degree, three years of experience working in human services. Established in 1986, the agency provides services in Madison, Herkimer, and Oneida counties from six office locations.
