As a Business Analysis Advisor within PNC's Home Lending Servicing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Annapolis, MD, Brecksville, OH, Philadelphia, PA, Downers Grove, IL or Jacksonville, FL.As the Business Analysis Advisor you will be supporting technology delivery within Home Lending Servicing systems by coordinating implementation across all downstream servicing platforms, including MSP (system of record) and customer-facing systems such as Online Banking and EDGE. It involves partnering with the Product Owner to define technical requirements and assisting with execution across multiple technical teams within the PNC ecosystem. Unlike a traditional Agile crew, this position manages development efforts across diverse teams and resources, with scope varying by project. Responsibilities include creating and managing change artifacts throughout discovery, definition, and execution phases of product delivery. The role requires driving conversations to clarify requirements, dependencies, and release sequencing with Technology, Product, Line of Business, Risk, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions for business needs. Ultimately, the position advocates for Home Lending profitability, growth, and enhanced customer experience by leveraging technology to deliver value.This role is focused on technology change delivery and solution implementation, not business reporting, analytics, or dashboard development.This role requires the candidate to be an excellent communicator, detail orientated, organized and a self-starter. Strong experience in Microsoft programs (excel, PowerPoint, word), Technology familiarity & presentation experience are highly desired.
