Medical Surgical Nurse (MS RN)

Role Overview: MS RNs care for adult patients with acute or recovering conditions in various settings, primarily hospitals' Med Surg units, but also camps, clinics, schools, and ambulatory care centers. Responsibilities Manage large patient loads, provide comprehensive nursing care, adapt to changing needs, and support patient recovery before discharge. Qualifications Hold an active RN license with a BSN or ADN degree and pass the NCLEX. ACLS certification may be required.
