Senior Product Manager - Dashboard Experience

Banking services provided through Choice Financial Group and Column N.A., Members FDIC.What you’ll do:Take ownership of an underdefined, high-stakes surface and develop a real point of view on what it should be; starting with Tasks, Home, and NotificationsLead a redesign of the Mercury home page: what belongs on it, what doesn't, and how it earns its real estate as the product's job for the customer changesDesign the unified logic behind tasks, lifecycle updates, and in-product alertsPartner closely with Command, agents, and product teams that will increasingly lean on these surfaces to drive intentSet direction and a prioritized roadmap, balancing user needs against the needs of every product team that depends on Dashboard as connective tissueWork as a true collaborator with design, shaping the visual and interaction language of core surfacesOperate independently in ambiguity, contributing to the visioning, sequencing, and execution of a multi-phase overhaul of horizontal Dashboard experiencesRegularly present strategy and tradeoffs to company leadershipTranslate qualitative and quantitative data into insights that inform the team's workWhat we need from you: 7+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably on horizontal product or platform teams accountable for a quality user experience. Bonus points for cohesive dashboard experience in fintechDeep design taste. You believe how something looks and feels is part of what it doesA track record of turning ambiguity into a clear point of view, independentlyReal fluency working with designers as a peer, you're energized by working alongside partners and stakeholders who are obsessed with the detailsThe ability to take complex problems end to end (research, design, engineering, GTM, stakeholder management) autonomouslyThe total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and benefits. Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry.
