In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturing applications and technology initiatives within assigned facilities. You will support day-to-day operational needs, coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams, and help evaluate and implement new technologies that improve efficiency, reliability, and productivity on the shop floor. As Komatsu continues its journey toward Smart Manufacturing and Industrial IoT (IIoT), this position will play an important role in helping bridge the gap between Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT). You will gain exposure to the systems, equipment, and technologies that connect manufacturing operations with enterprise IT systems, helping shape the future of manufacturing technology across our organization.

This position will initially support the South Harbor facility while also partnering with other key manufacturing locations. The role offers opportunities to travel to manufacturing sites (up to 25%) to collaborate directly with users, understand business challenges, and support technology implementations.
