Immediate need for a talented Scheduler. This is a 13 weeks contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Rafael, CA (Onsite).

Compensation Pay Package: Please reach out for further discussion and negotiation Pay Rate: 21/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Scheduled Hours: 40 hours [Hours per Facility]
• Schedule and coordinate outpatient surgical procedures for approximately 20 surgeons across multiple specialties.
• Serve as the primary liaison between surgeons' offices, patients, anesthesia providers, and ASC clinical staff.
• Ensure all surgeries are scheduled according to ASC policies, surgeon availability, and block scheduling guidelines.
• Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and same-day add-on cases while maintaining efficient patient flow.
• Coordinate with anesthesia and nursing leadership to maximize operating room utilization.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records within the ASC scheduling system.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Perform additional scheduling and administrative duties as assigned.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Approximately 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Hours may vary based on surgical volume.
• Occasional overtime may be required.
• Reporting To: Business Office Manager/Administrator
