Reliability Engineering Consultant i.e. a Bada$$ Reliability Engineer
Top 3: Reliability Engineering, High Level, combination of MTBF or MTTF or Bathtub Curve analysis, electromechanical product + regulated industry (ideally medical)

H igh-level Reliability Engineering Consultant from a regulated industry background -ideally automotive, aerospace, or medical devices. This will be a full-time consulting engagement expected to last 6-8 months .
The consultant will:

Coach their team on evaluating and improving the reliability of an electromechanical hand piece .
Help them understand and apply concepts like MTBF, MTTF, and Bathtub Curve analysis .
ssess whether they have the right data, what additional data is needed, and whether accelerated testing is required.
Recommend medium-level design changes (not full redesigns) to improve reliability.
Guide ROI analysis for potential design improvements.

They already know the five components most prone to failure and want to proactively address reliability as product usage increases.
