Cost Accountant
The Bolton Group
We are seeking an inventory/cost accountant to support the finance team with reporting, analysis, and day-to-day financial activities. This position will work closely with various teams across the organization and provide financial insight to support business decisions and operational performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn the business. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial reports and data Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Assist with reviewing and analyzing costs and expenses Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information Support ongoing process improvements Assist with inventory and operational reporting Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed Provide general support to the finance team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field 1–3 years of relevant inventory or cost experience Strong Excel and data analysis skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to work independently and collaborate with others #J-18808-Ljbffr The Bolton Group
