This position is not a remote job and will require physical presence at our store locations.

As a Cashier/Sales Associate at Boujii Dolls Boutique, you will be at the forefront of the customer service experience, ensuring each transaction is executed smoothly and each customer leaves satisfied. • Greet customers as they enter the store, offering assistance with products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policy regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products or services in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
• Monitor checkout lines and manage the flow to reduce wait times for customers.
• Perform daily cash management and ensure the accuracy of the cash drawer.
• Assist in arranging store displays and ensure that products are attractively presented.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate and beneficial to the customer.
• Assist with inventory control, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area and complete other general cleaning duties.
• Participate in periodic team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and improve customer service skills.

• Previous experience in a retail, cashier, or sales position preferred but not needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in managing money and operating a cash register.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Knowledgeable in handling and solving customer grievances.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle merchandise and supplies up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
