Quality Supervisor

Join a Team Where Precision Matters Mill Creek Machining, a location of Delva Tool & Machine, is looking for a Quality Supervisor to support day-to-day inspection and quality operations while helping drive a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Supervise Quality Inspectors and Technicians while managing daily priorities and workload. Oversee in-process and final inspection activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Review and disposition nonconforming material and coordinate corrective action activities. Conduct internal audits and shop-floor quality surveillance. Support AS9102 first article inspections, customer source inspections, and quality documentation requirements. Maintain quality records, NCR logs, and inspection documentation within the QMS. Train and develop quality personnel while promoting best practices. Partner with Production, Engineering, and Operations to resolve quality concerns and drive improvements. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of quality experience within manufacturing. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills. Working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems. Experience with NCRs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Ability to communicate effectively across departments and lead by example. Benefits and Perks This salary range for this position falls between $70,000-$100,000/year depending on experience.
