Advertised Job Summary The Post-doctoral Research Associate will support a Duke Endowment–funded, interdisciplinary research project focused on developing and evaluating an AI-driven system for clinician burnout detection and intervention. Under the supervision of Dr. Sicheng Wang, the postdoctoral associate will lead and support multimodal data collection, data integration, predictive modeling, and digital intervention development. The position involves close collaboration with faculty, clinical partners, simulation centers, and student researchers. The role includes coordinating human-subject research activities, supporting project timelines and deliverables, and contributing to scholarly dissemination through peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
