Typical Schedule:

• 3 days per week
• Saturday's are half-days (8am-2pm)
• Opportunity for additional days

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Maintains a welcoming, caring, and soothing demeanor towards patients and team.
• Maintains instruments sharpened
• Educates patients by giving oral hygiene and plaque control instructions and postoperative instructions; providing reminders of time of next dental hygiene visit.
• Documents dental hygiene services by recording vital signs and medical and dental histories; charting in patient records.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Experience:

• Dental Hygienist: 2 years (preferred)
• Always learning and willing to learn
• Team-oriented: Cooperative and collaborative
• People-oriented: Supportive and fairness-focused

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

License:

• TSBDE - Registered Dental Hygienist License (required)
