Product Data Analyst

Product Data AnalystWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Data Analyst to join our Product Operations team. You will be responsible for analyzing product data, generating insights, and helping to define KPIs that guide product management decisions. This role is a critical link between data-driven insights and the product team, ensuring product strategies are backed by robust data.Essential ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Insights: Analyze product performance, user behaviour, and feature adoption metrics to provide actionable insights to the product team.KPIs & Metrics: Work closely with Product Managers and Product Operations to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the product portfolio.Dashboards & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into product performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiencies.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various platforms and tools, identifying gaps or areas of improvement in data collection methods.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
