Hygienist - $4K Hiring Bonus

Role: Registered Dental Hygienist – Periodontics Responsibilities Perform comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and diagnostic imaging. Provide preventive and therapeutic treatments such as scaling, root planning, fluoride application, and oral hygiene education. Assist in preparing patients for periodontal and implant surgeries, reviewing medical histories, and explaining pre- and post-operative instructions. Participate in surgical procedures as trained, expanding skills as a surgical assistant or diagnostic technician. Educate patients on periodontal health, home care, and treatment options. Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and regulations. Support a clean, safe clinical environment following OSHA and infection control standards. Qualifications & Skills Current RDH license in good standing in Minnesota. CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication, patient education, attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of periodontal therapy, preventive care, and oral surgery prep. Preferred: Certification in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration.
