Job Description
We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to support customer engagement, community events, promotional campaigns, and face-to-face outreach activities. This is a people-focused position for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating in person, and working as part of a team .
No previous customer service, retail, sales, marketing, or event experience is required. Paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support are provided.
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, college graduates, career changers, retail and hospitality professionals, restaurant employees, and motivated individuals looking for an entry-level career opportunity.
What You'll Do- Interact directly with customers and members of the community
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Answer questions and provide clear information about products, services, programs, and campaigns
- Listen to customer needs and help provide appropriate information or resources
- Represent organizations and campaigns at live events and promotional locations
- Support customer engagement and community outreach activities
- Assist with event booths, displays, registrations, and promotional activities
- Create positive customer experiences through face-to-face communication
- Work with team members to meet daily customer engagement goals
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment
- Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and professional development
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with people
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Professional and dependable
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Coachable and open to feedback
- No previous experience required
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, food service, sales, fundraising, events, or other public-facing positions is welcome but not required.
