Registered Nurse - Rehab (Nights), LTC specialty, Albuquerque, New Mexico, US. Travel assignment starting 06/22/2026 for a duration of weeks on a 4x12 Night shift. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for adult rehab inpatients, focusing on mobility, transfers, and safety
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and manage IV starts/maintenance
- Perform wound care, suctioning, oxygen therapy, and dysphagia precautions (thickened liquids as needed)
- Provide trach care and ventilator familiarity; PEG/NG tube management as required
- Document care in the Epic charting system; participate in interdisciplinary rounds; collaborate with IV teams and phlebotomy services

Requirements
- Active RN license; NM/Compact license accepted (must be obtained prior to start)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (acute inpatient rehab or related setting); previous charge experience preferred
- Epic charting experience preferred
- Ability to work nights on a 4x12 schedule; able to float to like units within scope
- Compliance: 50-mile local radius policy - locals not accepted; traveler labs required within 48 business hours after contract signing
- All requested RTO must be listed at submittal; maximum 4 days RTO auto-approved
