Job Description

Provide primary and family evidenced-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of health problems.
Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic and managing patient follow-up.
Handle patient appointments and conduct routine examinations.
Encourage patients to engage in their own healthcare and well-being through various services.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.

Critical Information

Part-time position, 2 days per week, every other weekend.
Weekdays 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Saturdays 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Sundays 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Must include a completed candidate questionnaire upon submission.
Position requires working every other weekend with possible holiday rotations.

Education/Licenses Needed

Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification.
Active state license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
