What You Know and Have Done (please highlight in your answers) You have 5-7 years of direct experience in community management, influencer marketing, or social media at a brand or agency, with proven success managing ambassador or creator programs at scale. You have experience with tools such as Traackr, Emplifi, and Meta Business Suite, and a deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and community engagement best practices. You have a data-informed mindset — you can interpret metrics, identify insights, and translate them into recommendations. This role exists to lead that community ecosystem — nurturing ambassadors, building influencer and creator partnerships, curating UGC, and making sure every interaction deepens connection to the Life is Good mission. What You'll Do Community and Ambassador Leadership You develop and own our brand ambassador strategy to grow the program and its positive impact. You manage the end-to-end process of recruiting, activating, and measuring the success of the ambassador program. You coordinate seasonal gifting in partnership with our fulfillment center and build strong relationships with ambassadors through proactive outreach, updates, and feedback loops. You champion the community internally — surfacing ambassador and fan stories for use across marketing, eCommerce, wholesale, retail, and beyond. You identify and act on opportunities to expand program participation, engagement, and retention. Influencer and Creator Partnerships You drive our influencer strategy across the funnel, from brand awareness partnerships to conversion-driving creator collaborations. You identify, vet, and reach out to aligned creators and manage negotiations, contracting, and deliverables. You collaborate with the Social and Creative teams to brief, review, and approve content that reflects brand voice and tone. You collaborate with eCommerce on conversion-driving opportunities in influencer, creator, and affiliate spaces. You maintain an always-on gifting approach to brand friendlies and others. You measure and report performance using tools like Traackr and platform analytics, translating learnings into actionable insights. User-Generated Content You source, organize, and champion the brand's growing UGC library, ensuring a constant flow of authentic, high-quality community content. You collaborate with key stakeholders to surface and repurpose top-performing community assets. You track permissions and maintain tagging and approvals through tools like Emplifi. Community Management and Insights You monitor and engage daily — responding to comments, DMs, and tagged content with warmth, empathy, and brand voice. You refine and apply a consistent system for thanking and rewarding our most passionate supporters. You act as the bridge between the community and internal teams, escalating customer or product feedback as needed. You maintain a pulse on community sentiment and emerging trends, surfacing actionable insights for social and brand marketing strategies. You support reporting and dashboards to track program health, community growth, and ambassador and influencer impact.
