About the Role:

As a Rehabilitation Department Director at Pearl Pointe, you will oversee the daily operations of our rehabilitation department, ensuring that our patients receive comprehensive and individualized care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals, including therapists, nurses, and support staff, to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

• Care Coordination: Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate the latest evidence-based practices, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.

• Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.

• Staff Education and Development: Provide ongoing training and education to staff to ensure they stay current with best practices and maintain certification and licensure.

• Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, social services, and case management, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

• Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients and their families, providing support and education to empower them to take an active role in their care.
