Immigration Staff Attorney - BIA & Appellate Advocate
Public Counsel
Public Counsel in Los Angeles seeks a Staff Attorney for its Immigrants’ Rights team to provide zealous, client-centered representation to immigrants in removal proceedings and detention. The attorney will represent clients before the BIA and the Ninth Circuit, offer consultations, and provide full-scope relief including bonds, habeas petitions, and parole requests. With 1–11 years of legal advocacy experience and a Juris Doctor, you will work collaboratively to deliver trauma-informed, holistic #J-18808-Ljbffr Public Counsel
