Key Responsibilities
• Lead all distribution center operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable movement of products across the Palmetto facility.
• Drive performance and continuous improvement through strong KPI management, process optimization, and disciplined execution.
• Develop and empower a high performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture built on safety and quality.
• Ensure operational accuracy and reliability, including inventory integrity, order fulfillment excellence, and adherence to company standards.
• Partner with cross functional leaders to align the DC with the company's broader supply chain, customer service, and operational goals.

Qualifications and Requirements
• 5+ years of leadership experience in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing, with proven success managing large teams and complex operations.
• Strong operational expertise, including KPI management, process improvement, inventory control, and safety compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, build accountability, and drive a high performance culture.
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make data driven decisions and implement effective solutions.
• Experience with warehouse systems and technology, including WMS, ERP platforms, and standard operational tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner across supply chain, transportation, customer service, and corporate leadership.
• Ability to manage budgets, labor planning, and operational resources to meet performance and cost targets.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, aligned with the company's operational standards.
