You will document all care in an electronic medical record, support outcome measure collection, and participate in team discussions around plan-of-care progression and discharge planning. A typical day includes a steady caseload of patients with orthopedic diagnoses such as post-surgical joint replacements, sports injuries, spine disorders, and work-related conditions. Patient schedules and ratios are designed to balance productivity with individualized attention, allowing you to build relationships and promote measurable functional gains. You will collaborate closely with Physical Therapists, front office staff, and other team members to ensure smooth clinic flow and a positive patient experience. Shifts are generally daytime hours on weekdays, with some flexibility depending on clinic hours and patient demand.
