A Top-Tier Global Pharma Leader is hiring an onsite Quality Engineer to join their dynamic, 16-member quality team. This 6-month contract offers a fantastic opportunity to manage supplier quality, optimize QMS documentation, and drive CAPA investigations in a highly collaborative environment.

responsibilities:

• Update and maintain QMS SOPs, work instructions, and forms to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Manage supplier quality files and performance scorecards while coordinating basic supplier interactions.
• Initiate, manage, and execute CAPA records and support cross-functional root cause analysis investigations.
• Compile, review, and analyze monthly metric reports for internal audits and complaint investigations to identify process trends.
• Support the preparation and hosting of external audits by global regulatory agencies and notified bodies.

 
qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in a science or engineering discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience working within medical device manufacturing or a highly regulated industry (e.g., aerospace, nuclear).
• Proven experience writing and editing SOPs and Work Instructions (WIs).
• Demonstrated experience with supplier file management.
• Basic project management and CAPA execution experience.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with general project management tools (MS Project, Gantt charts).
• Experience creating training materials and performing V&V (Verification & Validation) data entry.
