Medical Receptionist

schedule appointments, maintain demographic information, We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will greet and check in patients, schedule appointments, answer calls, collect payments, maintain demographic information, use electronic health records (EHR) following policies, and provide coverage at different practice locations as needed. Key responsibilities include managing patient check-in/out, documenting inquiries in EHR, coordinating follow-ups, balancing payments, and ensuring confidentiality of medical and personal information.
