Lab Technician

Run accurate, timely testing in our on-site lab so patients and providers get the answers they need under one roof.

About the role

As a Lab Technician, you’ll perform and review laboratory testing in our on-site lab. Your work helps our providers make timely, informed decisions, and helps patients get results without having to go elsewhere.

You’ll work alongside our Phlebotomists and clinical teams in a lab that values precision, organization and teamwork.

What you’ll do

• Perform routine laboratory tests following established procedures
• Run quality control and maintain lab equipment
• Review results for accuracy and report them in a timely manner
• Process specimens for in-house testing and send-out to reference labs
• Keep accurate records and follow safety and compliance requirements
• Assist with specimen collection when needed

What you’ll bring

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• MLT (ASCP) certification or eligibility
• Laboratory experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization

Working at Coastal

Monday to Friday during practice hours. No nights, no weekends.
