Production Associate / Packer

Nesco Resource is now hiring 1st shift packers at a facility in Huntersville, NC.

Pay: $18

Shift: Monday to Friday 7am to 5 pm

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Package plastic cutlery products such as forks, knives, and spoons into designated packaging.
• Monitor production lines and ensure products are packaged accurately.
• Work alongside automated equipment that counts products as they are packaged.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues to supervisors.
• Stack finished boxes onto pallets.
• Wrap pallets for storage or shipment as needed.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned.
• Move between work areas to support production needs throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, assembly, or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be willing to move throughout the warehouse and assist where needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, and move materials as needed.
• Comfortable working in a production and warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, has a good work ethic, and understands that this is not a stationary position. Employees should be comfortable moving between work areas, assisting with palletizing and wrapping, and supporting the production team wherever needed.
