What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive & Transport: Safely operate sit-down forklifts (hi-lo) to move raw stock, bulky inventory, and finished goods throughout the facility.
  • Support Production: Keep machine operators, fabrication lines, and assembly areas stocked with raw materials to maintain steady workflow.
  • Load & Unload: Efficiently handle incoming raw material shipments and stage outbound trucks according to shipping schedules.
  • Scan & Track: Use handheld RF scanners to track inventory transfers and stage customer orders with precision.
  • Maintain Safety Standards: Perform daily pre-shift forklift checks and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience operating a sit-down forklift/hi-lo in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
  • Practical Skills: Ability to use RF scanners and comfortably read work orders and basic measurement tools (like tape measures).
  • Physical Capability: Comfort maneuvering large, lightweight, or bulky materials, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically during an 8- to 10-hour shift.
  • Mindset: Strong dedication to workplace safety, punctual attendance, and team success.
