Job Overview A law firm seeks a Construction and Infrastructure Transactions Associate in Denver. The role involves drafting and negotiating sophisticated contracts for large-scale energy, transportation, and industrial infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of construction-related transactional experience. Duties Draft and negotiate EPC agreements, design-build documents, and alternative delivery contracts. Advise on risk allocation, indemnification, insurance, and bonding. Communicate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary project teams. Requirements Three to six years of construction-related transactional experience. Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex contracts. Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
