Assistant Manager – Pizza Restaurant

Location: Simpsonville, SC
Compensation: Up to $53,000 annually + Full Benefits

Are you a passionate pizza pro with strong leadership skills and an outgoing personality? We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at a high-performing pizza restaurant in Simpsonville, SC!

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is ready to take the next step in their restaurant management career. We’re looking for someone with at least three years of pizza restaurant management experience and a passion for creating a fun, energetic workplace.

What You’ll Bring:

A minimum of 3 years of pizza management experience (fast-casual or full-service)
A high-energy, outgoing personality that inspires both staff and guests
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
A commitment to maintaining quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
The ability to lead shifts, train team members, and support daily operations
