Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and healthcare providers

• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques to ensure resident safety

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously assess and improve patient care

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Georgia

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program

• Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with proper technique

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
