Fast paced local office of a National Franchise has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative. Our customers love us! We have over 40% repeat/referral customer base and are seeking additional office support for our growing business. Handyman Connection is a locally owned and operated, well established Home Improvement Company serving the Lexington metro with excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

Job requirements include:

• Strong telephone and written communication skills
• Daily posting for social media
• Daily and weekly goals for new work orders, utilizing existing database and lead generation
• Proposal typing and job pricing
• Dedication to excellent customer service
• Outgoing personality; enjoys working with people
• Able to manage small business details while working independently
• Manage time and responsibilities - scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, etc.
• Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills - especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of home repair and light remodeling
• Experience working in a Customer Service Role or Telemarketing Role preferred

Competitive wages with bonuses and incentive plan available to qualified applicant. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
