Key Responsibilities

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM (8 hours daily)
• Provide inpatient psychiatric care within a correctional facility
• Focus on an adult male patient demographic
• Onsite work only; remote or telehealth options are not available
• Hospital privileges are necessary
• We negotiate competitive compensation and ensure weekly payments
• We coordinate complimentary housing and travel arrangements, along with comprehensive malpractice insurance
• We streamline the credentialing and privileging process for you
• Access to an online portal for assignment details and time tracking
• Your dedicated recruiter will manage every aspect of your placement

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $185.00 to $220.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other relevant considerations. The rates provided are all-inclusive, combining base pay with potential additional earnings such as overtime, on-call, and holiday pay. For more specific information, please consult your recruiter.
