Program Manager Hybrid in Rochester Hills, MI Our client, a global leader in design & manufacturing for the automotive sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their collaborative team in Rochester Hills. Responsibilities: The Program Manager is responsible for leading cross‑functional teams to launch new automotive projects: Lead project planning, execution, and milestone tracking from concept through launch Coordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, and Sales Manage customer expectations, timing, and technical deliverables Facilitate regular customer and internal project meetings Drive risk management, change control, and continuous improvement Support sample builds, production readiness, and validation activities Ensure project documentation aligns with internal standards and customer requirements Collaborate with global teams and maintain customer‑facing professionalism Experience: Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field 3+ years of program management experience in the automotive industry Experience launching products with plastic injection mold tooling (preferred) If you are interested in learning more, please apply to this posting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
