Fractional AI Talent Acquisition Role

Fractional AI is focused on putting frontier AI to work. We're a group of veteran Silicon Valley builders who care deeply about getting complex AI systems built right, with strong conviction about what makes them succeed. We're headquartered in SF with offices in NYC, Raleigh-Durham, and Dubai.

The Role

Our talent is our product. Customers choose Fractional AI because we bring together elite engineers, product leaders, and commercial operators to build and deploy applied AI systems. We're building a team that makes Fractional the best place to learn applied AI. As a member of our talent team, you'll play a critical role in making that real — identifying and closing exceptional talent. G&A hiring is core to the role, but you'll have the opportunity to work across functions as we grow.

What You'll Do

• Source exceptional talent: You'll identify and engage top candidates, with a primary focus on G&A hiring.
• Own the candidate experience end-to-end: From first touch through close, you'll build trust, understand motivations, and ensure a high-signal, high-quality process for every candidate.
• Build on a high-performing recruiting process: You'll come alongside a strong existing system and help evolve it — bringing new ideas and using data, AI, and experimentation to refine how we evaluate and close talent.

What You Bring

• Track record of hiring top talent: You've successfully hired foundational G&A talent and leaders who helped scale company operations in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Strong judgment and empathy: You know what great looks like and build trust quickly with candidates and hiring teams.
• Data-driven and experimental mindset: You use data and experimentation to improve how you source, evaluate, and close candidates.
• Technical fluency: You understand modern engineering stacks and can credibly assess how candidates map to team needs.
• High ownership with a bias for leverage: You operate with precision and follow-through, and look for ways to scale your impact through tooling, automation, and AI.
