Details will be provided. Our lead teachers are responsible for Developing and implementing lesson plan activities that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level. Meeting the individual needs of the children. Professional parent communication. Participation in staff and training meetings. Designing an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom. Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning. Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level. Supporting a team environment. Using assessment tools. Committing to continuing education. Qualifications - One of the following High School Diploma (required) Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education (or child-related degree) is preferred (but not required) Current CDA or Early Childhood Teaching Credential is preferred (but not required) Currently enrolled in a CDA or degreed program is preferred (but not required) About Goddard Schools As part of a larger franchise system, in operation for 35 years, we are the premiere spot for early childhood learning for children from six weeks to six years old.
