Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time./ppYour responsibilities will include:/pulliDevelop business unit strategy and ensure projects are resourced to drive improvements in safety, quality, service and cost./liliImplement staffing plans by identifying resource needs, preparing justifications and coordinating hiring processes with Human Resources./liliDevelop direct reports through training, performance management, coaching and formal evaluations./liliMonitor daily operations and provide direction to exempt, nonexempt and entry-level employees to achieve departmental goals./liliCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders by responding to requests and explaining processes and procedures./liliInterpret and implement policies impacting the assigned organizational unit./liliEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including FDA, BSI and EEO standards./liliDevelop and manage work schedules based on priorities, workload and available resources./liliMaintain personnel records, including schedules, time off and leave tracking./liliPerform individual contributor responsibilities as needed./liliEnsure appropriate resources are in place to maintain Quality System compliance and adherence to the Boston Scientific Quality Policy./liliPromote a work environment aligned with the Quality Policy and Quality System.
