Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training: $262000 - $365000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits. Manage a team of software engineers, including sub‑managers. Provide technical guidance to the team as they design, develop, integrate and test the features for B4 availability and NPI. Prioritize work and ensure that incremental progress is made even if the problems are difficult to solve. Help team members and partner teams understand the broader context, and solve the problems at the time.
