In this role, youll ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging is delivered safely and efficiently, while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. At Cary, youll join a supportive, collaborative team where your contributions truly make a difference./ppEssential Job Duties, but not limited to:/pulliDirect the daily operations of Radiology Services, including General Radiology, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, and Nuclear Medicine./liliEnsure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, including ACR, FDA, and The Joint Commission standards./liliSupervise, train, and evaluate performance of radiology staff; foster professional development and high morale./liliCollaborate with medical staff to optimize diagnostic imaging quality and service delivery./liliDevelop and manage departmental budgets; monitor expenditures, inventory, and resource utilization./liliOversee scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and efficient workflow across all imaging modalities./liliEnsure timely maintenance and calibration of all radiologic equipment; coordinate service contracts and capital equipment purchases./liliMaintain and update departmental policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with current standards and best practices./liliImplement quality control and quality assurance programs; monitor performance metrics and patient satisfaction./liliParticipate in interdisciplinary committees and initiatives related to patient safety, infection control, and operational excellence./liliServe as a liaison between the Radiology department and administration, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations./liliPerform other work-related duties as assigned./liliComply with local, state and federal laws and regulations./li/ulpRequirements/pulliAssociates or Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology, Business or Healthcare Administration, or other related field required/liliAt least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting required/liliProven experience with regulatory compliance, budgeting, and staff development preferred./liliState of Maine Radiologic Technologist License preferred./liliARRT Certification preferred./liliAdvanced certifications (CT, MRI, etc.) preferred./liliCertification in Radiology Administration (CRA) preferred./liliMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in radiology/imaging services preferred./li/ulpWhile we have listed preferred qualifications, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of them./ppContact:/pulliTo view the full job description or request additional information, please contact Kelly at View phone number on click.appcast.io or email View email address on click.appcast.io./liliWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off./li/ul/div
