Qualifications Here's What You Need: Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology or related field required. 3 months' experience with cardiac rehab preferred BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required And ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days required And CCES- Certified Clinical Exercise Specailist upon hire Or RCEP - Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist Upon Hire Must possess knowledge of respective clinical area to include equipment used, infection control, criteria of standard precautions, national patient safety goals and all other skills related to patient care delivery Previous cardiac rehabilitation experience is not required. Qualified candidates must possess strong teamwork skills, the ability to interpret cardiac rhythms, excellent critical thinking abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
