Customer Service Representative $20.00/hour 1st shift 8:30am-5:00pm Qps Employment Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a company in Vernon Hills, IL. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st shift. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: Receive inbound phone inquiries from customers, ensuring each interaction results in a positive experience for them Work the phones to perform various customer assistance duties, such as responding to customer questions, pricing, freight quotes, product inquiries, and ideas Handle customer requests that come in via email for freight quotes, virtual request, product information, inventory levels, and product ideas Show the customer you care on each phone call through personalization and expressions of concern when effectively answering questions or helping to resolve problems Provide 100% customer satisfaction Learn and explain the products and services to customers Treat customers with respect and understanding Listen to customer needs Make it easy for customers to do business with us Leave a positive and lasting impression Customer Service Representative Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Strong interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task Ability to resolve problems Ability to work in a team environment to develop integrity, trust, and respect of coworkers at all levels Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fundamental computer knowledge and maneuverability with Windows applications Must be available to work onsite in Vernon Hills (not a remote position) IND019 Qps Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
