What We're Looking For:

• Team-oriented individual with strong attention to detail and initiative.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic setting required; 5 years of experience is preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant program completion required.

• Current Medical Assistant Certification required.

• Strong skills in patient care, point of care testing, phlebotomy, and accurate clinical documentation.

• Comfortable with medication administration and patient assessments under supervision.

• Ability to respond to patient needs both in-person and by phone.

What You Will Do:

Assist the physician in coordinating age-appropriate care for patients, under the supervision of the Clinic Manager.

• Perform basic patient assessments including vital signs, height, weight, manual blood pressure, and history gathering.

• Identify and communicate urgent concerns to the physician promptly.

• Administer medications and treatments with 100% accuracy, following physician orders and clinic policy.

• Perform phlebotomy, point of care testing, and other clinical procedures in compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Respond to patient-related phone calls, assess needs, document actions, and communicate with physicians.

• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with clinical charge entries.

• Support data management processes and other clinic operations as needed.
