About Elite Hormones

Elite Hormones is a hormone and wellness clinic with locations in Wausau, Eau Claire and Madison. We help adults feel like themselves again through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), thyroid management and weight management. Our Wausau schedule is booked months out and we’re adding a provider to meet that demand. This initially is a part time position 24-28 hours per week but based on patient demand may increase to a full time position (32 hours per week).

What you’ll do

• See new and established patients for hormone evaluation, treatment and follow-up
• Order and interpret labs, prescribe, and adjust treatment plans under our clinical protocols
• Build long-term relationships with patients who are motivated and engaged in their care
• Work with an experienced team of NPs, nurses and medical assistants

What we’re looking for

• Active Wisconsin RN and APNP license (or eligible), national board certification, and DEA registration (or eligible)
• A strong clinical foundation. Hormone experience is a plus but not required, because we train you.
• Someone who is a team player, coachable, self-directed and looking for a long-term home, not a side gig
• Comfort with a patient-centered, cash-pay practice model
