Product Surveillance Analyst

The Product Surveillance Analyst supports the day-to-day management of product and patient information for a complex medical device. This is an entry-level opportunity focused on reviewing, organizing, and documenting qualitative information. This is not a statistical data analysis role. Success in this position comes from being organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage information accurately in a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities Review and process product and patient information. Document and maintain accurate records within internal systems. Support daily product surveillance activities by reviewing and organizing case information. Communicate with internal cross-functional teams to obtain or clarify information as needed. Maintain data accuracy and follow established processes and procedures. Prioritize workload and manage multiple assignments effectively. Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including basic Excel, for documentation and tracking. Perform other duties as assigned. Education Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent internship, capstone project, or relevant academic experience will also be considered. Experience 0-2 years of professional experience, internship experience, or relevant coursework.
