Talent Acquisition Specialist

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leader in the Nuclear Power Industry to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a fully remote role, and offers the chance to make an immediate impact by strengthening sourcing strategy, candidate screening, and pipeline execution across a fast-moving slate of priorities. You will be responsible for recruiting roles across the engineering and corporate space, partnering directly with hiring managers and making an immediate impact.

Responsibilities
• Source qualified candidates for Engineering, Sales, and other corporate openings.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to each role’s requirements.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms to identify qualified talent.
• Review candidate resumes and backgrounds to assess fit and alignment to role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification conversations.
• Partner with hiring managers to confirm role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and documentation within Workday ATS.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to divide and manage requisition coverage across open roles.
• Adjust sourcing strategies as hiring priorities and business needs evolve.

Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to source across multiple functions, ideally including Engineering and Sales.
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Experience working within an ATS (Workday preferred).
• Strong candidate screening and qualification skills.
• Ability to understand both technical and non-technical job requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
• Highly adaptable and able to support a variety of candidate profiles and hiring needs.
