Were looking for a dependable, people-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our growing insurance agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a structured environment without the immediate pressure of sales or licensing.

This is an unlicensed position with a clear path for growth. Licensing opportunities are available once the right foundation is established.

Hands on Training

Mon-Fri Schedule

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and service requests
• Assist with basic policy inquiries, changes, and documentation
• Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
• Support licensed team members with account servicing and follow-ups
• Provide friendly, professional customer experiences
• Stay organized, follow established processes, and meet daily task expectations

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with computers, email, and basic systems
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow processes and scripts consistently
• Willingness to learn and grow within the agency
• Previous customer service or office experience is a plus (not required)
