In this position, you will greet patients, review medical and dental histories, prepare them for treatment, and assist the dentist or hygienist during procedures. You will also take X‑rays and ensure that all equipment and materials are properly sterilized. Responsibilities Greet patients and review their medical and dental histories. Prepare patients for treatment and assist the dentist or hygienist during procedures. Take X‑rays and ensure proper sterilization of equipment and materials. Assist with patient care in compliance with CDC sterilization standards and OSHA/WISHA regulations. Qualifications Graduate of a Dental Assisting School or have at least 6 months of experience. Current BLS/CPR Healthcare Provider certification and Blood Borne Pathogens training. Current Washington State Dental Assistant Registration Certificate. Familiarity with CDC sterilization standards, patient safety protocols, and OSHA and WISHA regulations. Compensation Salary: $24.37 - $38.15 per hour Additional Information All candidates are required to complete pre‑employment screenings, including a criminal background check, and for certain positions, a drug test.
